In order to save mankind fror future domination by Cyborgs, renegades from the future have returned in time to destroy CyberNation, the Cyborg Factory (if this sounds familiar, it's purely coincidental :- ). Arnie can only escape from the highest level of the plant. In order to get to the highest level and escape, Arnie mu: construct a Teleporter on each level. To do this, Arnie must find the Teledishes which are distributed throughou every level. The dishes are automagically collected on th Telepad when Arnie enters the room that contains the Telepad. When all necessary dishes are in place, Arnie gets beamed up to the next level automagically.
